Today is 10 March 2026 apple is still hiding their chat support button. In big 26. We used to know where they hid it before now it's almost as if it is no longer there anymore. Is this some sort of sick joke??
There is no hidden chat support button. Chat support varies by region and as always you can find it under the section here labelled Online Support. Just navigate to the support option you are requesting and if not able to be answered by the Support Articles, on the bottom of the page is a "More Options" button for phone or chat support depending on your region.
You can also use that link above to call Apple directly depending on your region.

Use a browser and login using apple id.
Select the device you need support for.
If you do not have the device or device is lost/stolen you have the option to get the support verification code to your apple id linked email.

For anything else you should create a new question with details about your situation, otherwise it just gets lost in a bunch of posts that have nothing to do with each other. It is not fair to the OP who is was looking for assistance with their concern.
While you've asked help on this User-to-User discussion community
mostly referral to Support Articles; or site pages for you personally to
contact Apple directly, by chat, or with Genius at Official Apple Stores.

These are ideas which go to official Support pages. IF Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
was used, Then you'd no longer use Security Questions. A Second device, approved
in your possession, is usually the path to access other devices.
I found your question at the end of an existing topic thread; it's not like others here.
.Rather than ask a Host to move your question to it's own new topic, I replied here.

For anything else you should create a new question with details about your situation, otherwise it just gets lost in a bunch of posts that have nothing to do with each other. Some important information that should be included is who is charging you, do you see it in your list of subscriptions that are managed by Apple, what is the exact description of the charge you see on your payment method.

A charge managed by Apple will appear in your Purchase history here. If you are the Organizer of a Family Sharing plan using Purchase Sharing, you can also view the purchase history of members that are allowed to bill to your Apple Account.
