One side of my screen is popping out on my iPhone 12 ( I know it’s bad I’m currently saving for a new one) which has caused my side button/lock button to stop working so I’m unable to use Apple Pay.
with this I’m also unable to turn off the feature to use double tap because I have to double tap to turn it off.
Can anyone help with any advise please and thankyou. :)
If the phone is bulging, the battery has swollen and while it's admirable you'd like to save to buy a new iPhone, the one you have is a Fire Hazard. Once a Lion Battery swells, it's dangerous to use. For your safety and the safety of anyone in your home, your phone needs to powered off and placed somewhere safe (like a metal box). Maybe you know someone who can loan you a phone to use until you can afford a new phone. But PLEASE STOP USING that phone.
Before you power it off, make sure to back it up.
