For over a month now my itv app on iPad doesn’t work it’s just frozen the screen goes unresponsive. I’ve troubleshoot myself and also with itv themselves. They said the app may need an update but I can’t do that until it comes through as an update from Apple. I’ve downloaded it onto my iPhone and it’s fine.
