I have an iPhone 17 Pro Max on iOS 26.2 and it didn't cause any issues playing product videos in the Amazon app. I just checked to be sure and nope, no issues at all. And Apple can't fix anything having to do with the Amazon app anyway. Apple doesn't own the App. If there was a universal issue with the App (there isn't), Amazon would have to fix it.
Have you updated the App to make sure you're using the most current version? If all else fails, remove the app from your phone, then go back to the app store and download it again.
