AppleCare replacement for broken Mac screen

Apple care is not working as promised. I got a broken screen and they are replacing. What should I do? I have active care services.

Here is a link to the AppleCare+ agreement:

Legal - AppleCare+ - Apple

You will need to reference the exact section when dealing (or arguing) with Apple.

FYI, if Apple is repairing the unit, then I don't see the problem. Either it is covered for free under the warranty, or you are paying the corresponding fee if it is considered Accidental Damage. Either way, it seems Apple is repairing your device which is what AC+ is meant to do.

I already did, as I said 10 times. How many times should I call and repeat myself?

I have my own personal work responsibilities. After that every evening should I call apple to say hi how are you guys. I am having this issue can you help me. What do you mean I should contact them? They are not giving a solution thats why I am asking here. Or I even be grateful if get a solution not an advice.

We users can not provide a warranty issue solution. If I had an out of warranty computer with a broken display I would get a new computer.
