For some reason, my wallpaper on my homescreen is just black even if i set it as a photo wallpaper that has color.
I would try to reset all my settings, but that sounds so.. final.

Oh I just reset all functions and it worked, Thanks so much though, just bit the bullet to see if it'd work and it did
On that page tap Customize, then whichever wallpaper you want to customize and tap Photo on the bottom. You have either Color or Gradient highlighted.
For the lock screen, press on it. Tap Customize, then tap it again. You'll see an oval with 4 dots in it. Slide the screen to the left to get to Natural, then tap done.
Post the picture as it appears in your photo library.
Im only able to customize the homepage's (color, blur, photo, etc)
But I cant change that for the Lock Screen if that makes sense, or I can? but I don't know how to do it?

This is for the home screen. and the Home screen is the only thing thats working actually. so its just the lock screen thats abit wonky

Put it on natural, and it still persists.

Try restarting your iPhone, I did that and it worked. I had the same issue
