How do I recover my iPhone call log after iOS 18.6.2 update?

my iphone just updated to IOS 18.6.2 last week. For some reason, my call log and favorite list of numbers have all disappeared. It is very odd because I checked all my settings and they were all ok. Iphone, facetime, call are all toggled on.

Please can someone help?

First try restarting your iPhone which often resolves installation glitches. Worth a try.

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

If that does not resolve the issue then you can restore your iPhone using an iCloud backup or a backup you saved on your Mac or PC. If you don't have a backup then you may be out of luck.
