Battery and Performance Issues with My iPhone
Dear Apple Support,
I purchased my iPhone about a month and a half ago, but I am already experiencing serious issues with it. The battery drains unusually fast and does not last nearly as long as I would expect from a new device. In addition, the phone frequently lags – apps open slowly, sometimes crash, and the whole system occasionally freezes.
Since this is a relatively new device, I believe these problems are not normal. I would like to request assistance in resolving the issue, whether through diagnostics, repair, or replacement, depending on your team’s assessment.
Please let me know the next steps and how I can proceed to have this problem solved as soon as possible.
