Hard to say with such minimal info.

Are you looking for an adapter to connect wired headphones?

Or are you looking for wireless headphones?

What are you going to be using them for? Music and podcasts? or Movies and Tv shows or other videos where you see people talking?

For the former, most wireless headsets will work fine. I use a pair of JBL Bluetooth headphones which work fine for music and podcasts with my A16 iPad.

However, these are quite a bit laggy for movies and videos where you see people talking and the voice does not sync up with their mouths which can be very distracting. In that case, you'll want some low latency headphones, like Apple's own AirPods or some higher end headphones like Sennheiser.

As far as adapters for wired headphones, pretty much any should work fine. Ugreen is a good quality brand with good pricing.
