I need to restore iCloud

Dear Apple Support,

I am reaching out regarding my phone, which was recently damaged by water and is currently unusable. The details are as follows:

  • Model: Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max 128 GB, Black
  • IMEI: 3*********54
  • Purchase date: 2023-02-06

Unfortunately, I do not remember the iCloud email address or password linked to this device.

The phone was also connected to an Apple Pay card (last 4 digits: 5507).

I kindly ask for your guidance on what steps I should take to regain access to my account or device.

If required, I can provide the purchase receipt or any other information that may help confirm my ownership of the device.

Thank you very much in advance for your assistance.

Sincerely,

[Modestas M*****s]
