Subject: Complaint Regarding Lost iCloud and Apple ID Access

Dear Apple Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Nasteho, and I am the owner of an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Unfortunately, I have lost access to my iCloud account, which I created three years ago when I purchased the phone. I also no longer remember the Apple ID or Gmail account associated with the device.

The Apple ID was set up with the help of my brother, but I have since forgotten the details needed to recover it. Additionally, I do not have the serial number of the device at this moment.

Please assist me in recovering my iCloud account and restoring my data. If any further information is required to verify my identity, I can be reached at my email: ma********un@gmail.com.

I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your support. I look forward to your response.

Warm regards,

This is a user-to-user forum. You are not speaking to Apple.

Under the circumstances that you describe, I believe that the phone will remain locked unless you can remember, and regain access to, the Apple Account associated with the phone. If the phone is passcode-locked and you have forgotten the passcode, you can reset the phone, wiping all the data on it – but you will only be permitted to reset the phone if you can provide the Apple ID and Apple ID password to satisfy Activation Lock.

How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support

Apple might consider removing Activation Lock in cases where you have proof of original purchase from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller, showing your name and the phone's serial number. I could be mistaken, but it does not sound to me like you have that.

You say that this phone is an iPhone 11 Pro Max and that you purchased it three years ago. That suggests that you could not have been the original owner. Apple discontinued the iPhone 11 Pro Max in the U.S. nearly five years ago. When Apple discontinues a phone, they remove it from their new lineup immediately, and even third-party retailers would be likely to clear out their remaining new inventory in a much shorter time than two years.
