Will my iPad still arrive if I don’t make a payment?

You need to complete the payment or cancel the order. The iPad won't be sent until you pay, but the money will be owed unless you cancel, and can lead to legal action by Apple if not completed.

The order won’t complete without a payment. So no shipment of an iPad. You can delete the iPad from the cart and exit the cart. Once you’ve successfully ordered an item, Apple Store would send an email confirmation. Alternatively you can look up purchases in “My Orders”. Top right on this page or the store you used for your region. This is the American Store.

No need to worry as you never went through with the purchase. No iPad will be shipped and no charges will be applied. It wouldn’t update to “processing” until you pay. After that it updates to “shipped”. Like I said remove it from your cart so you don’t forget it’s there should you shop online again or you might find yourself buying a new iPad you never wanted! I don’t recall if they have a “save for later” to go back to your selection. If they do have that then it’s out of your cart to pick up where you left off.

If your item is in Processing, you can cancel it online before it ships. Go to your Order Listing

 page and select an item to see your order details, then select Cancel Item.

If the cancel option is not available, then the order can no longer be cancelled and must be completed.
