How to make iPhone and Apple Watch untraceable?
What can i do so that my iPhone & iWatch are untrackable so that I, in a sense, no longer exist?

NOTHING. If you are connected to the internet or cellular service, you are trackable. Your carrier knows where your phone is 24 hours a day. You don't say if you are concerned for your safety or you think some person is tracking you? No one can track you without your explicit permission to let them track you. If you are a minor, your parents have every right to track you. But the honest solution is to NOT use a cell phone or be connected to any network in any way and you will be electronically invisible as you wish.
