Requesting refund for unintended CapCut subscription renewal

Hello,


I would like to request a refund for the CapCut subscription.

The subscription was renewed automatically, but I did not intend to continue it.

I was under the impression that the trial period was still active, so I did not cancel it before the charge was made.

Please cancel this subscription and refund the payment.

Before you double click the side button to authorize the free trial, it shows all the information you need:

  • Trial length
  • Subscription Start Date
  • Subscription Price
  • Subscription Length
  • Message stating to prevent a charge you must cancel a day before the subscription date.


If you need to set a reminder for yourself, it is as easy as saying "Hey Siri, remind me to review my trial on xxxx". Apple may provide a compassionate refund, but it should never be expected. To cancel a free trial/subscription, all you need to do is follow the steps here:
