I am eligible for the upgrade. When I go from the link in my phone it only allows me to select from the Pro,
Air, etc. No Pro Max. I have been talking to support for 28 minutes and they have no idea why. Frustrated. I called at 5:00 AM Pacific on Friday, Sept 12.

When I look at that image you posted, it mentions under the iPhone 17 Pro the two different screen sizes. If you click on Select under the Pro, does it give you the option to choose either of the devices there?

As mentioned in my post. I was on the phone with Apple when I posted this and they couldn't figure it out either. 48 minutes later she did, but I gad already missed the first round of shipping dates so it defeated the point of getting up at 4:45 AM. Frustrated.

Depending on the color and model you ordered, even if you could have checked out quickly, you might not have been guaranteed a delivery on launch day. I successfully checked out moments after preorders were being taken and both phones aren't coming until the 25th. I imagine most of us who may have to wait a bit will survive.
