iMessage and Facetime not activated in all my Mac computers
Hello community.
Tuesday night I noticed a notification on my iphone saying that my iMessage had a problem and suggested contact Apple Support. After restarting my iPhone I did not receive any notification related to that and my message was working without issues. But Wednesday morning my iMessage and Factime on my M4 stopped working, asking for activation. I followed the steps required with my Apple ID credentials. iMessage opened but stopped after 5 or 7 seconds, asking for activation again. I contacted Apple Support and we were working on the issue for two hours with no success. Apple support recommended reinstalling macOS (I had the last update of Sequoia), but the problem persisted. When arrived at home (I was at work), I noticed the same issue was affecting all my account in all my Mac computers. I am still experiencing the problem. I am able to use Facetime entering my Apple ID credentials every time I start it, but not iMessage. Curiously and fortunatelly my iPhone 16 is not affected. I found some articles on the Internet informing about similar problems affecting some users, and I know some friends and relatives experiencing the issues. Maybe it is a coincidence. I do not know what to do next. I have the case number with Apple Support, but I am feeling really frustrated. Is this a problem affecting multiple people or it is just an isolated case? Is there some advise about what to do and why is this issue affecting all my mac devices? They were working perfectly before.
