If you are trying to redeem your lotto ticket by scanning the barcode with your iPhone's camera app, that won't work. It isn't a typical QR code. You'll need to use the designated scanner in the California Lottery Mobile app. If you're still trying, you can either contact the app support or take it to your gas station to redeem instead. If your barcode is damaged the gas station can also punch in the pin number instead.
