2020 Macbook Air (intel 1.1ghz) slow and experiencing kernel panics

My 2020 Macbook Air (intel-based) is slow and keeps having crashes and KPs. I can't watch youtube (in 480p) in fullscreen without Chrome crashing, my Mac crashing, or my Mac just freezes. I know that these models are some of the worst post-2015 Macs, and that the cooling is not adequately addressed, but it's still annoying and barely functions for homework. How do I make the crashes at least occur less often? I run Macos Sequoia 15.5. I've also attached a report.

Those eror loge are hard ofr we mere mortlas to reade, but this error at the top:

panic(cpu 2 caller 0xffffff80224b089b): userspace watchdog timeout: no successful checkins from WindowServer (1 induced crashes) in 143 seconds

service: logd, total successful checkins in 81904 seconds: 4349, last successful checkin: 0 seconds ago

can happen when a off-site server is slow in responding. It could be a "phone home" app struggling to get there, an online backup function, or even slow internet at your location.

There is a way to put that gobbledygook into plain English for us to review. If you want a data-driven evaluation in this setting where we can neither see nor touch your computer, please post an EtreCheck report. We can quickly and within the limitations of these forums help you determine what issues are at play without our playing a protracted game of "20 Questions" with you that could go on for days.

EtreCheck Pro is available here:

The free version will do nicely for this purpose, although the app is worthy of our financial support.

We can see hard data about drive performance, crashes, software issues and interferences, and RAM usage. Etrecheck is the development of a long-serving and trusted ASC contributor. It is a reporting app, not a "fix-it” app, expressly for displaying information in these forums to help us help you remotely. It will not reveal any personal or secure information.

Please see this excellent user tip on how to post long text reports like EtreCheck's into a forum response:

How to use the Add Text Feature When Post… - Apple Community

Please post the entire report. What seems insignificant to a new Etrecheck user can hold answers for those of us who have reviewed thousands of those reports.
