Cannot pair my AirPods 4 ANC

I bought these airpods yesterday, charged them, used them for a few hours, then I used them again today, everything was good, both airpods could be connected

Then, a few minutes ago, I wanted to connect to both airpods but the left one wouldn't connect. I tried putting it in back in the case, multiple times, still couldn't connect to it, so I check the settings:

So I unpaired them, went to Bluetooth settings and clicked "Forget This Device", now as I am trying to pair them, I face the same error:

And they're cannot be found on my Find My app

Is there anything I can do or should I just return them?

Have you tried to completely reset them to see if the issues persist

Put your AirPods in their charging case, close the lid, and wait 30 seconds.
On an iPhone or iPad that's paired with your AirPods, go to Settings > Bluetooth:

- If your AirPods appear in the My Devices list, tap the More Info button next to your AirPods, tap Forget This Device, then tap again to confirm.
- If your AirPods don't appear in the list, continue to the next step.

Open the lid of your charging case.
Double-tap the front of the case while the status light is on.
Double-tap again when the status light flashes white.
Double-tap a third time when the status light flashes faster.
When the status light flashes amber, then flashes white, you can follow the steps on your device's screen to reconnect your AirPods.
