Fast battery discharge on new iPhone 16 Pro: 100% to 20% in 5 hours

I bought an iPhone 16 Pro in mid-August 2024. The battery goes from 100% to 20% in just 5 hours of use, even though the maximum capacity shows 100% and only 21 charging cycles. This happens even with moderate use (browsing, photos, and calls). The problem persists after iOS updates and calibration. I'm looking for advice: is this a normal "break-in period" or a defect? Share your experience - did a factory reset or something else help?

Are you sure you mean you bought it in 2024? I assume you mean 2025.

Post the screenshot at Settings > Battery that shows the green battery graph with the last 24 hours option selected and include at least the top 5 apps that are consuming the battery. Some apps will continue to consume your battery even when they are not being used and they are identified there as well.
