Case available for pickup before iPhone 17 delivery

I ordered a new iPhone 17 + case in one order .

the case shows available to be picked up now .

apple aspect me to pick up the case even though the phone is not available until the 19 September .

I would lose 7 days refund if I pickup the case now .

i don’t think apple will give me the full 14 days refund if I pickup the case now if I pickup the phone on 14 September .

looks like I’m on the phone again to the sales team.

why is it so difficult shopping with Apple .
