Naming "Other" workouts in Health App

I have been trying to create workouts as "Other," then trying to name it Yard Work, House Cleaning, Swim Aerobics, etc., but when I get to the instructions listed, I get as far as "Other" but not clicking on it and looking for the 3 dots for more so I can name it under Other as one of the custom titles listed above. The problem is that there are no 3 dots for more, just the option to add activity. I can add the start time, end time and calories burned, but nowhere do I see 3 dots that allow me to add a custom name. I exercise quite a bit each day to the point of breaking out in a sweat and an increased heart beat, but they are activities not listed. Please advise, thank you
