I received the below email from Apple support. Nowhere on the hyper-linked page do I see the "check status of claims" option. Several refunds have not been processed and I want to see the full response from Apple support.
Any clues please where I can "check status of claims"?

Thank you 😎 ;) the key part of your reply is "If you don't see Check Status of Claims, you don't have any pending refund requests". Most of my refund requests were not accepted so I guess I have no way of seeing why they were rejected. C'est la vie.

From my own personal experience with refunds, don’t make frequent requests or that will look rather suspicious. 🧐
Also, Apple never explains the reason it was approved or denied.
