Then follow the instructions already provided in this thread:

Settings > Apps > Phone > (scroll down about 2 screens) Screen Unknown Callers [Never | Ask Reason | Silence]

There was one Call Identification app. It was already off.

Have you tried deleting that app?

Depending on how far you want to go, there are some other things to try. You can try resetting your settings. Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset>Reset>All Settings. It will be annoying to redo everything but, if the call issue is serious, it may be worth a try. Another thing to try. Back up your phone. Restore it to factory settings using a computer. This installs a fresh copy of iOS. Then restore the back up.

Or, you can wait for 26.4.

I found a solution that worked for me. Based on this YouTube video, the Call Screening feature may appear or not depending on the region set on your device.

So for those who activated it and want to deactivate it, you can try this. When I checked, it was already deactivated in my current region. Here’s the link for reference: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=suQ5KAAEotk

Just noting: this is not an official Apple method, but it shows how region settings can affect which features appear.
