No audio on cellular calls and white noise issue on iOS 26

Hi Everyone,

I just updated from 18.7 to IOS 26 (Sept.16,2025)

Everything is working fine except when I call someone using cellular call. Whenever I call someone before the update, I will hear a ringing sound and it means that the person I'm calling is available to receive a call. But now with (IOS 26), whenever I call someone it is not ringing. I only hear white noise. When my friend answered my call, I can't hear his voice but he CAN hear me. On my side, only white noise.

This issue is only occur using cellular call. But when I use Microsoft Teams Call, I hear the person on the other side of call and my colleague hear me too.

Below are the basic troubleshooting I made:

-I tried power off / on my phone = call issue still occurs

-I recorded a voice memo to make sure the microphone is working = Result: Microphone is working

-I checked Sound, Notification Settings but everything is okay. No settings change

-I checked "Call Screening" feature under Phone app but it is not available in my phone which IPHONE 14 PRO. That is why I can'nt disable/re-enable it.

Anyone experience this issue or do you have any solution on this?
