Playing music & get squawks and green border around iPad Air (2023)

While playing music, usually on Amazon prime, AND spider solitaire (peoplefun, inc, ver.738) iPad Air starts beeping alarm and edge of screen is either green or rainbow. Have tried reloading game - no joy.

What is causing the media player to scan the device while using my iPad? On my iPad, I would be drawing in iBisPaint X and watching a youtube video on the side using pip. The video pauses and I then hear beeping, I check it out and it says “Scanning your device” in the media player. This happened today and yesterday, while yesterday repeating the beeps more. I’ve looked around but never found this answer and it also happens on iPhone as well. Any answer would be great. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
