Apple Store Connect keeps asking for identity verification but doesn’t proceed
Hello,
When I sign in to Apple Store Connect, I sometimes get the “Identity verification required” prompt.
The system asks me to upload a photo of my passport, as well as fill in my city of birth and country of birth. I successfully completed this process once and got approved.
However, on September 15 in the evening (about 24 hours later), I was prompted with the same verification request again. This time, after I upload my passport photo and fill in the required fields, nothing happens — the form simply reloads without any error message or confirmation.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Is this a known bug or is there something else I need to do to complete the verification?
