You should probably start your own thread so your issue can get the attention it deserves. The people who originally had Tahoe installations during the first week or so after the initial release had their issues resolved by the 26.0.1 installer update so you likely have some different issue going on.
In the mean time see if you can boot into Safe Mode which temporarily disables third party software that may be interfering with the normal operation of macOS.
Did your Mac have any issues before the upgrade to Tahoe?
What version of macOS were you running before upgrading to Tahoe?
I'm assuming you also have a Mac Studio M3 Ultra like the OP & others who reported Tahoe installation issues? If not, knowing the exact model of your Mac may be important. You can get this information by clicking the Apple menu & selecting "About This Mac", or if the Mac is unable to boot, then enter the system serial number on the check coverage page here:
