How can I clear iOS System Data taking up my iPhone storage?

My iPhone storage is being taken up by iOS and data storage. How can I clear it? I’m not able to use my phone because of it.

You might want to force restart your iPhone to see if the issues persist

Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Press and hold the side button.When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
