Request for an in-between Apple Watch size for elderly users

I am an elderly woman that wears my watch all of the time. At 84 the 42 is too small and the 46 too large. Apple tends to want to continue to go big and bigger. Please don't forget about the people that would really appreciate an in between size. I know at one time I think there was a size that would work for the average arm. It is hard to read the 42. I keep hoping that Apple will consider this at one time for us older group
