iPhone 11 Ghost Touch & Dead Zone Issues

My iPhone 11 sometimes types by itself and has a dead zone on part of the keyboard, making it hard to enter my passcode or type messages. The dead zone isn’t permanent sometimes it goes away and comes back randomly. Recently, it got worse, and I can’t reliably use certain keys. I’ve tried restarting and leaving it untouched, but it keeps happening making my phone almost unusable.
