Messages app freezing and cellular data not working after iOS 26 update on iPhone 15 pro

Since the update installed last night, my messages app has been frozen, I am unable to make outgoing calls, and my cellular data isn’t recognized, so if I’m not connected to wi-fi I cannot browse the web, use apps, etc.

Are there any known fixes for this yet? Or is my best bet to try to install the latest backup I did before the update happened?

I work in a hospital and need my phone to be working for texts/calls, so any suggestions are super appreciated! Thank you!
