Activating end-to-end encryption on iPhone without deleting iCloud data

so when i created my apple id account i kinda forgot about turning on the end-to-end encryption and started using my iphone, now whenever i need to do something on my settings or etc it asks for the end-to-end encryption and when i try to activate it, it says that i need to delete everything from my icloud (5gb of 50gb occupied btw) i want to know if there’s an way to activate it without deleting anything
