iOS 26 Age Restrictions: Unable to Change Screen Time Passcode on iPhone 13

I just had my IPhone13 updated to the ios26 and i’m loosing my mind. It automatically put age restrictions on my phone. I can’t download anything that’s 16+ (i’m 19), i can’t sign out of my phone to reset anything and i can’t change my screen time passcode. There isn’t an option for “forget passcode” anymore. I’m genuinely freaking out and frustrated. Anyone know what to do? Am i going to have to get a whole new phone?
