iOS26: Black Wallpaper for App Library screen

In iOS 26, I set my lock screen wallpaper (a photo) and App screen wall paper (plain blue colour) OK. But when I view an App Library (an icon containing many Apps, like a folder) the background is black.

How can make the background in the App Library the same as that for the App screen?

This only happened after installing iOS 26. I have an iPhone 12 mini.

Check this setting.

Open Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Reduce Transparency (Turn off this one).
