I’ve had my original iCloud since my first iphone, but once I got married I made a new iCloud email with my new last name. I realized this was an issue later when I kept mixing up my sign ins and emails. Is there a way to merge the info from my maiden name email/iCloud to my married email/icloud?

Nope. There is no way to merge accounts.

For everything else, like files, photos, contacts, calendar, notes, email you will need to manually transfer each item.
