Zoom issue on iPhone 12 Pro Max

Yes, but it's possible this was a factory issue. I'm not the first owner of the phone, and I didn't notice it before because I didn't take many photos. But I saw old photos on the phone that were taken by the person who used it before me, and there was also blurriness on zoom.Also, as I mentioned above, too many people are reporting the same blurry photos specifically on the top camera (zoom over 2.5x), which couldn't be caused by a simple shake. Either the defects were there from the start, or the protection on the top camera in this phone was technologically weak.

Also, as a variant, I assume that the camera could have fogged up from the inside, or is this impossible?

I was able to do this, but the problem persisted. When zooming from the bottom camera to the top, there is a sharp drop in image quality and it became blurry.

Perhaps this is how it should be with high image zoom and I am expecting too much from a phone camera made 5 years ago?

Unfortunately, after doing this, I only get a power button. There is no restart option or Apple logo.

Here's an example. A photo of a cat taken with the bottom camera #1, and a photo taken with a 4x zoom on the top camera #2. There's some blur.
