I keep getting texts on my iphone addressed to my wife
Both my wife and I have Iphones, same account. When someone sends her a text it often shows up on my phone as well. How do I prevent this?

When you say "same account," do you mean the same Apple Account? Or do you mean the same cellular account?
If you mean you're sharing the same Apple Account, what you're seeing is expected behavior. Each person should have their own Apple Account.
