when I check my warranty and type my serial number, it shows unverified serial number. why this problem happens?

Make sure you are typing the correct characters since it is very easy to mix up some letters and numbers such as:
zero & Oh & Queue
two & Zee
five & eS
eight & Bee
And possibly some others. Maybe try copying & pasting the serial number from macOS?
Did you buy the computer new? From whom?
That type of error can happen if someone services the computer, often a logic board replacement, and fails to properly transfer the serial number. That is most common with non-Apple repair providers. Apple and Apple Authorized Service Providers have the ability to reset the number; others may not.
Actually I got screwed by this too!
My Apple Refurb I left till about day 28 of ownership before deciding to register APcare and it refused to accept my serial... many many attempts failed and AFAIK I had everything correct.
One failed call to Apple and it was over.
