Why my iphone 16 pro does not have liquid glass effect in ios 26 . Already updated and still the transparency does not effect

I turned on the reduce transparency and motion, but the whole update has changed so much it's making me nauseous most of the time. IOS 26 Glass Icon Issue I've been trying to play around with the new ios 26 update but the glass icons isn't working properly. Everyone is saying to go to "Display & Text" to reduce transparency. But it isn't an option for me. I only have "Display & Brightness". [Edited by Moderator]

iPhone 16 as well no effects when swiping down slow no magnification
