I've been trying to play around with the new ios 26 update but the glass icons isn't working properly. Everyone is saying to go to "Display & Text" to reduce transparency. But it isn't an option for me. I only have "Display & Brightness".

What do you mean " the glass icons isn't working properly"?
App icons are only vaguely glassy anyway, and reducing transparency will make everything even less glassy.
