Multiple Issues with my Airpod 4's

So I think I bought my AirPods 4s from the Apple store about a year ago. They have been my favorite earbuds I've ever had. But around a week ago, I was on vacation in Puerto Rico. They worked fine for multiple days, but one day, I put them in and turned on Noise Cancellation. A sound kept playing, which sounded like wind in my ear. It sometimes played a weird, high-pitched ringing sound that would ring and then fade away, only to return seconds later. I do have AppleCare, and I might replace it if my problems are unfixable. And a few minutes ago, i connected my AirPods to my iPhone 14 and now the button to pause/play songs, skip songs, enable transparency, etc, stopped working. Even when I press the button as hard as I am able to, it doesn't work. It is just stiff instead of playing the clicking sound you hear and how you can feel the pressure plates or whatever work in the AirPods when you press the button. I got the AirPod 4s after I lost my other pair, which I had zero problems with. It's getting annoying because it's problem after problem with the new products.
