as said in the title, after I double clicked the InstallAssistant.pkg, I get an app file whose size is about 50 Mb. It must be not a full version, waiting some help, thanks

Where did you download it...? That is the stub only. macOS Tahoe is ~16.6 GB +/-
Terminal.app you can download. To see the full installer list C & P:
softwareupdate --list-full-installers
to download C & P:
sudo softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 26.0
(note: your psswd will not echo on screen type it in anyway, use the enter\return key to proceed.)
Once complete it will be sitting in yor Applications folder "Install macOS Tahoe.app"
