Hi! When I updated my phone It deleted a lot of apps like spotify, tik tok, etc. I checked my storage to see if that was a problem but i have a lot of storage left so i don’t know what to do. I also can’t just redownload them either because of parental controls (i don’t have the app store) Please help!!!

Apps needs to be redownloaded after putting back a backup. If you dont have access to the App Store, the apps are deleted because they cannot be redownloaded. You might want to talk with your parent or Guardian to lift the parental controls temporarily to be able to finish updating your iPhone
