Xbox app is broken after the IOS 26 update.

Please come out with Updated.

This is 100% a Microsoft issue, you need to tell them to fix it, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for broken third party software.

Microsoft is responsible for the Xbox app, not Apple.

You should provide MS feedback regarding your poor experience with their iOS app. MS has had plenty of time with the seeded developer versions of iOS 26 to troubleshoot their apps and prepare them for iOS 26 to go live.

Did you not think to read past the first post of a one page thread? It's already been explained that Apple doesn't own Microsoft or Xbox. Apple can't fix Microsoft anything. Hoping Apple fixes something they can't fix, gets you nothing. Microsoft has to fix their app.

Xbox cloud gaming is messed up on iOS 26 on iPad as well. Every time you press the B button it activates the iPad in game instead of activating whatever the game assigns the B button to do… it’s so annoying. I can’t figure out a fix every time I press the B button. I have to stop tap my screen, then press the B button again and it’s this fight between tapping the B button in the screen before the game finally starts playing again.

Anybody know how to fix the issue when you press the B button on Xbox cloud gaming on iOS 26 instead of activating whatever the game has the B button assigned to do it wants to pause your game. Just so you have to take your hands off of your controller and tap the touchscreen and it’s this battle between doing that for a minute before it finally starts playing again. And you want to have any solutions

I updated my iPad Pro 11 inch to iOS 26 around the end of September 2025

when I’m in party’s and the audio doesn’t work in party chat. It works for a minute. I tried with a headset and with out same thing. I can hear them but they can’t here me. try shutting down the iPad rebooting. It just doesn’t work. The Xbox app need to be updated to iPadOs26. It worked fine until I updated

I agree the app is bugged on iOS 26.. Another issue is that the party control volume doesn't work since the update..

Just noticed the same issue! I tried with my headset, and my 13 Pro Max, and the person on the other end could not hear me at all

For real, I’ve been trying to fix it since yesterday since it’s not letting me talk.

They’re not going to anytime soon. They don’t care about Xbox. It’s not even official app. You have to put the icon on your iPad from a web browser.

It’s an official app from Microsoft or it wouldn’t be in the Apple App Store. Microsoft just doesn’t devote many resources to fixing its issues.
