iPhone 14 overheating, data usage increase, and unauthorized settings changes

I’ve been having issues with my current iPhone 14 and the last 3 (2 years now) prior to this purchase 6 months ago. from the first week of owning its overheated (with no warning pop up), data use increase, restrictions enabled with no MDM listed, settings change. Apple installed new logic board & battery, issues continue. I can turn the phone off at night and its back on in the morning. From the logs, VM Swapouts, device management, Apple diagnostic showed Beta testing, which now, despite it showing on my case, they deny. Someone restored a prior Iphone SE of mine from an itunes back up (both of which I though were deleted/cleared), had access to my iCloud and emails. somehow that is integrated with my current iphone 14, I believe through Microsoft Azure (in analytics) and possible created a virtual machine? Most of analytics is com.apple (developer?). This has been a nightmare. Ive never used iTunes nor knew it could restore from a backup. My iphone 14 changes often with regard to settings, UI, phone is renamed, once to a different language possibly russian. I could go on and on. I am tired of it and need help!

Can you change your Apple Account password? If you can then nobody has access to your cloud data. Change it now!

Make sure all you're data is in iCloud

Back up the phone

Erase all content & settings

Set up the phone again, WITHOUT restoring the backup.

ensure you learn how to perform this.

Back up iPhone - Apple Support

Erase iPhone - Apple Support

Set up your iPhone or iPad – Apple Support but WITHOUT downloading your backup.

Start again and do NOT read analytics, they contain words that do not represent your current situation.

I have done so, however, since my iPhone is being managed virtually, I believe “they” have access to passwords. I had a website redirect when I tried to login to my hotmail account, sent me to Microsoft exchange login (didn’t realize) and possibly set up on their device management platform and/Microsoft Entra as well. Logs have trial/experimental language consistently, but mot until today dis it show in settings. It appears my device is syncing to multiple unknown devices (analytics) also not showing in settings. accessibility features, mostly voiceover (shared across devices also on), but many other braille settings also toggled on and those do not allow me to toggle off. Verizon sold me what I thought was a new iPhone 14, recently after my BBB complaint, the Executive team reached out to offer me a new device. Semi-admittedly said it appeared they sold me a phone configured for a corporate client. Would that corporate client not let them know they had a device being managed by a non-employee?! Also have Verizon managed wifi and private wifi networks, for corporate accounts. Even when i turn off auto join, it comes back on without user interaction. This subsided 3 weeks ago when I had my 10th call with them. I have had numerous other issues. com.apple.verizon_lte_us trial/experiments. Neither will admit to this.
