Slow Mo Not Working Properly

I updated to Tahoe and the new version 11.2. I use slow mo (machine learning) a lot in my work environment. Once the clips were rendered in the timeline, it worked wonderfully and the playback through the viewer was smooth. Now the playback is terrible, it stutters. I don’t know if it was Tahoe or the new update. I’ve already reinstalled twice.
