You cannot turn it off, but you can reduce it some. Go to Settings>Accessibility>Display & Text Size>Reduce Transparency and Increase Contrast and turn them both on.

I know that you can reduce the transparency in settings, but this also adds opaque boxes around things that were fine before iOS 26. How to disable Liquid Glass in iOS 26 for better readability? Is there a way to turn it off? Go back to the previous look? I changed my wallpaper to solid black, that makes items on the Home pages readable, but things that pop up over other screens are difficult to read.
