Missing apps, stickers, and data on iPhone 15 after iOS 26 update

Hi everyone,

I upgraded my iphone 15 to ios 26 last night, but when i checked this morning, all my apps are gone. I do haveparental restrictions but its 16+, and when i redownloaded them, they keep disappearing and reapearing and sometimes they are in a different layout i want them to be in. All my stickers are gone and some of my data are also gone.
