Black and white screen issue on iPhone 11

No color anymore when I get into everything on apple 11 .All in black with white lettering

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Display and Text Size > Color Filters > Make sure that's off.

Then go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom > Zoom Filter > Make sure it's set to None.
